On a weekly basis Abu-Ghazaleh Tackles Most Critical International Issues in ‘The World to Where?’ Program on ‘Russia Today’ TV
AMMAN – ‘Russia Today’ TV Channel has, since the beginning of this year, been hosting a weekly talk by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), since last January, entitled ‘The World to Where?’.
In this weekly program, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, in his capacity as a well-informed economic expert, presents his analysis and outlook regarding the Arab countries and the world based on his own vision and readings of the current situation, proposing solutions and suggestions for the Arab countries to overcome and get through the current crisis and be prepared to the digital transformation that the whole world is embracing.
In 26 episodes so far, Dr. Abu Ghazaleh has tacked a number of economic, social, politic and knowledge-related issues, including the economic crisis in Lebanon, and coronavirus crisis and post-corona era, in addition to exclusive episodes about oil, International Monetary Fund (IMF), the 2020 stock market crash, the unprecedented US dropping oil prices, the deterioration of the economic situation in Syria and the dramatic collapse of Syrian and Lebanon’s national currencies.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh also discussed several political topics relating to US President Donald Trump, and the upcoming presidential election, the relationship between Iran and the US, Palestine and its future, Democracy and Populism, signals of a possible third World War, the future of Europe and the cold war. He also reviewed lessons from the previous World Wars that we need to learn to avoid the occurrence of a new war, Trump’s re-election chances, in addition to issues relating human civilization in general.
