Amman, Jordan - November 18, 2009 - The Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society recently hosted the meetings of the Council of International Educational Exchange (CIEE) in the presence of a number of representatives of the senior managements in U.S. universities and institutes to assess the experience of the CIEE in the area of exchanging students in the Middle East.
Mr. Tariq Hamad, Executive Director of TAG-Knowledge, provided a detailed presentation of the services rendered by the TAG-Knowledge, stressing that it represents the performance of the corporate social responsibility of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization, in addition to providing a brief on Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business. Mr. Hammad accompanied the visiting delegation in a tour of all TAG-Knowledge facilities.
The guests praised TAG-Knowledge as a leading initiative of Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh in support of the young generation, and also commended the quality of services provided, which reflects the high professionalism of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization in the Arab region and the world. .
In addition to members of the CIEE Council, the visiting delegation comprises representatives of about 30 U.S. colleges and institutes of higher education.
It is worth noting that TAG-Knowledge has been hosting organizations concerned with the affairs of university students in order to be a forum for students from different countries and cultures. Further, TAG-Knowledge has enabled CIEE?s students, over the past year, to integrate with Jordanians through conversation clubs, shared spaces, and internet facilities.
