The Architect Forum holds a second workshop at the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society

Amman - 4 November 2009 - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAGKS) hosted at its premises the second session of the Architect Forum last week. The session was attended by the guest Architect Engineer Bashar Al-Bitar, Deputy General Manager of Al-Bitar Engineering Company.

This session comprises a workshop to discuss a number of topics including a comparison between two architectural models of buildings which are the Arab Bank and Investment Bank buildings, in addition to discussing models of architectural restoration projects in Jordan.

The workshop was a success in all terms due to the intensive participation and highly interactive discussions. The Architect discussed with students the various architectural aspects of the workshop topic and exchanged views with them in a high-standard interactive dialogue.

At the end of the workshop, the students and organizers of the Forum thanked Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization and TAGKS staff for hosting and sponsoring the Forum, which significantly contributed to its success. They also thanked TAGKS for its tireless efforts to organize cultural activities and events, and for the services that it provides.

TAGKS has sponsored the launch of the Architect Forum on the twenty-sixth of last September in order to provide the opportunity for students of engineering colleges in the Jordanian universities to get acquainted with the practices learned from the experiences of architects with experience and practice in architectural projects in Jordan.
