TAG-Capital Registered in Syria

DAMASCUS --- July 30, 2009 --- Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) announced on July 28, 2009 that Abu-Ghazaleh Financial Services Company, LLC (TAG-Capital) has been registered in Syria after fulfilling the key requirements of the registration.

TAG-Capital Syria is a financial consulting company specialized in the management of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) for joint stock companies.

?The legal and financial procedures for the registration of the company have been completed and it will obtain the official license soon to start its activity,? Dr. Fadi Abdul Hamid, executive Director of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Consulting (TAG-Consulting), a member of TAG-Org, said.

The registration of the Syrian company as a new member of the Organization is part of its plans to register financial consulting firms, including companies specialized in IPOs. TAG-Capital has completed the registration procedures and submitted a number of applications for registration in several Arab countries.
