AMMAN - December 4, 2008, The Executive Director of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Real Estate Management and Development (TAG-Aqarat) Mr. Afif Assaf announced that the company has begun offering consultations and various professional services in all areas of real estate administration and development.

Mr. Assaf noted that these services include consultations in the field of real estate evaluation, inspection and assessment, financial and real estate strategic planning, preparation of preliminary architectural studies for projects on the proposed sites of projects, in addition to the preparation of legal-related studies, tax-related consultations and feasibility studies.

He explained that TAG-Aqarat?s services also consist of the management of real estate projects, which involves launching projects, evaluating risk, architectural design, planning, preparation of an action plan, creation and management of the project team, and finalizing the project. Other tasks include the preparation of projects? budgets, calculation of cost, cost reduction studies, preparation of cash flows, reviewing and accreditation of contractors? findings, assessment and study of variables and studying contractors? claims.

Mr. Assaf pointed out that the company?s actions cover all countries in relation to buying and selling land and real estate, real estate brokerage and valuation services, valuation (appraising) services, village and resort marketing services and others.
