AMMAN - November 22, 2008 , Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Capital Services (TAG-Capital), a new member of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), was launched recently. It provides companies with high quality services that guarantee stronger and more stable business; sharpen process efficiency; unlock talent and creativity and attract investments.

Mr. Ahmad Abu Al-Homous, Executive Director of the company, explained that the services which TAG-Capital will offer across the Arab region will be in accordance with the best international standards. Some of these services include administration of security offerings, in addition to consultations in debt issuance, risk management, assets management, company finances, due diligence (financial and legal studies) and strategic business studies.

He added that through expanding its field of activities, TAG-Org seeks to provide comprehensive services to its clients worldwide. He also said that TAG-Capital aims to develop other services in the area of investment banking.
