AMMAN --- November 10, 2008 --- In a ceremony held at the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Business Forum yesterday, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Translation Distribution and Publishing (TAG-TRANSLATORS) was awarded the European Standard EN 15038 Certificate for translation services, after a comprehensive assessment by the Austrian Standards Institute (ON).
The certificate was handed to Mr. Ahmad Noubeh, TAG-TRANSLATORS executive director, by Mr. Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim, lead auditor & trainer EN 15038 & ISO 9001:2000, and the ON representative.
Certified companies with the European Standard EN 15038 are qualified to undertake translation work for the United Nation bodies and authorities, the European Union and various international organizations and institutions as well.
