UAE?s ADCO Meets with TAG-ITI

DUBAI, October 22, 2008, Representatives from Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) met on Wednesday with TAG-ITI at GITEX Technology Week, the region?s largest information and communication technology exhibition currently held in Dubai Oct. 19-23, 2008.

ADCO officials met with IT Service Manager in the UAE Mr. Rani Hasan to discuss potential cooperation in the field of IT Consultancy, IT Audit, Security Audit in addition to several other services provided by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), the regional professional leader with 71 offices in 35 countries.

Mr. Hasan, stated ?ADCO is interested in working with TAG-ITI due to the excellent services and variety of IT products.?

?We have discussed how TAG-ITI can provide them with our products and services in the field of ICT,? he said. ?They have also expressed their satisfaction with the level of service presented by TAG-Org and its sister companies,? he added.

According to Hasan, a follow up meeting will be conducted soon with the concerned parties.

ADCO, the largest crude oil producer in the southern Arabian Gulf, undertakes exploration, drilling, production and export activities in Abu Dhabis onshore areas, and the shallow coastal waters.

Meanwhile, TAG-ITI, TAG-Org?s ICT consultancy arm, which has seen strong growth over the past year and has successfully been awarded many projects across the Middle East, is presenting its range of services at GITEX.
