AMMAN October 6, 2008 Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Information Technology International (TAG-ITI), the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) consultancy arm of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), will be launching the TAG ICT Dictionary at the GITEX Technology Week 2008 in Dubai.
The TAG ICT Dictionary is an English-Arabic dictionary of about 6500 ICT terms and was established to serve various goals; one of which is meeting the needs of ICT specialists and students at universities, colleges and vocational institutions by providing necessary explanations for various terms rather than merely the equivalent meaning or synonym.
The Talal Abu-Ghazaleh ICT Dictionary will be another valuable addition to TAG-Orgs professional and scientific publications which include Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property Dictionary, Abu-Ghazaleh Accountancy and Business Dictionary, Abu-Ghazaleh Dictionary of Accountancy and Abu-Ghazaleh Legal Dictionary.
We will continue to exert our efforts to develop and enrich this dictionary in order to serve those interested in the fields of computer science, information technology and telecommunications, stated Dr. Raed Awdeh, the executive director of ICT Development at TAG-Org.
