AMMAN ----October 25, 2010-------- The concluding day of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-Knowledge) and Akhtaboot job fair saw over 4,000 aspiring professionals and fresh graduates visiting the stalls put up at TAG-Knowledge headquarters. The two-day fair attracted more than 8,000 visitors.
During the two days, the visitors had direct interaction with officials of human resources and management of 40 reputed institutes from various sectors.
Mr. Tareq Hammad, TAG-Knowledge executive director said: "We can comfortably say that this has been a very successful event based on a very fruitful cooperation with Akhtaboot. We are looking forward to organizing another event next year."
He added: "Forty of the best companies enjoyed a two-day event filled with qualified workforce and fresh graduates who are looking for the right opportunity."

The job fair, the first event organized by both TAG-Knowledge and Akhtaboot was held under the Patronage of H.E. Mr. Samir Al Rifai, Prime Minister of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with the presence of Mr. Loay Abu-Ghazaleh, Vice chair of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) and was inaugurated by HE Mr. Samir Murad Minister of Labour.
The event also provided career related workshops, training on how to write CVs and interview skills in addition to others.
The job fair was sponsored by LG, Umniah, AlGhad newspaper and The Online Project at TAG-Knowledge Headquarters.
