Abu-Ghazaleh Inaugurates a Knowledge Station at Fuhais Youth Club

FUHAIS, Jordan – February 18, 2016 - HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh inaugurated a knowledge station established by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) at Fuhais Youth Club, with the attendance of the Director of the Club Mr. Ayman Samawi and society members.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh said that he believes in youth and always works for them, expressing pleasure to cooperate with Fuhais Youth Club in providing a knowledge station that serves the society since the future is for knowledge makers.

The opening of this station comes as part of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization’s initiative that aims at establishing 100 knowledge stations throughout the Kingdom. With the opening of Fuhais Station, the number of stations has exceeded the one hundred to meet the need of qualifying youth and training them on computer skills.

He added that TAG-Org is willing to cooperate with the Club in any field serving youth and benefiting the society, stressing the importance of spreading knowledge among youth as youth are the makers of future, and in the future, knowledge, creativity, and innovation will be the only way to make wealth.

For his part, Mr. Samawi thanked Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh for what he offered to Fuhais society, noting that TAG-Org and Fuhais Youth Club share the same belief of "human beings are our own motivation"; the belief that is unusual in such a world of globalized economy.

He added that Fuhais Youth Club is looking forward to sustainable partnership with TAG-Org, and to jointly allocate a booth for science and knowledge in Fuhais Festival that would exist throughout the year.

He also noted that development can be achieved only through partnership between private and public sectors, adding that only few economic institutions have responded to that need.

At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh and Mr. Samawi presented certificates to the young women and men who had completed the course on CV writing and job interview skills and exchanged souvenirs and shields.
