Abu-Ghazaleh Discusses Cooperation in the Field of Training with Omani Al Busaidy

TAG-Training in collaboration with the Arab Omani Training Institute, will present its programs and plans for future training and continuous education targeting all Omani entities

MUSCAT --- February 8, 2009 --- Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and CEO of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), discussed with H.E Abdulla Bin Hamad Bin Saif Al Busaidy, chairman of the Omani State Audit Institution, cooperation between the two parties in various fields.

Accordingly, the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Professional Training (TAG-Training), the largest institution in the field of training, in collaboration with the Arab Omani Training Institute, will present its programs and plans for future training and continuous education targeting all Omani entities.

During the meeting, the two parties highlighted the professional services offered by the Organization in Oman and the Arab world especially the training activities provided by the Institute.

Attending the meeting were Mohammed Bin Hassan Bin Ali Al Shehi,
head of Planning & Human Resources Development Office at the Institute and Mr. Mo?awiyah Khaleefah, TAG-Org executive manager in Oman.

Abu-Ghazaleh commended the efforts exerted by Oman represented with all its entities in remarkably contributing to the development of the local capacity building.

Meanwhile, Al Busaidy expressed his satisfaction with TAG-Org?s potentials in the field of professional services.

In addition, Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh briefed the attendees on the Arab Quality Assurance and Accreditation Network (ARQAANE) established in Belgium in July 2007 with the fundamental objective of raising the quality of education in the Arab world.

It is worth mentioning that the Arab Omani Training Institute, a member of TAG-Org, has been recently recognized as a first-class training center in Oman.
