Abu-Ghazaleh Shares his Experiences with Corporate Leaders at the Capital Club in Bahrain

 

Mr. Abu- Ghazaleh shared with senior individuals and corporate leaders his story which started when he was a student in Java seeking knowledge until he became one of the leading business figures in the world

MANAMA -------- April 14, 2010 ------------ Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and CEO of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) the largest Arab group of professional services firm, tackled current challenges and future opportunities of the business world.

During an interview hosted by The Capital Club/Bahrain, Mr. Abu- Ghazaleh shared with senior individuals and corporate leaders his story which started when he was a student in Java seeking knowledge until he became one of the leading business figures in the world.

Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh took the mission of leading the global ICT society after UN General Secretary Ban Ki-moon appointed him chair of the Global Alliance for ICT and Development (GAID).

"We still have a lot of things to do in the ICT sector especially in the Arab world and we are here ready to take the mission of developing this vital sector," he said.

Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh who was dubbed as the godfather of Arab accounting has taken this profession into another level through his publications and extensive work in this competitive field.

As a leader in the Intellectual Property (IP) field, Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh was inducted to the IP Hall of Fame in Chicago, USA, to become the first expert from outside the G8 countries to join the worlds most prominent figures in IP.

Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh also discussed the lessons he has learned all through the years and he was able to strengthen his position as a leader in several fields thanking all those who stood beside him when things did not go his way.
