RIYADH --- April 19, 2010 --- Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and CEO of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), delivered a lecture entitled ?Young Entrepreneurs and Global Market? at Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized by the Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Young Entrepreneurs Award.
In his lecture, Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh discussed the urgency of changing investment strategies in any business venture, saying "instead of looking at the local market needs, businesses should follow a pattern suitable to the local market conditions according to the requirements of the global market."
He added "the common method that is based on planning from the starting point is an unfeasible method," and that he personally follows a reverse planning method through setting long term objectives and exerting every possible effort to achieve its aims.
He also tackled the significance of digital knowledge being a necessary tool for success, indicating that objectives setting and determination to realize them are the ideal way for excellence.
He also shared his experience throughout his successful career, and discussed the global financial crisis stating, ?Any talk about the recovery of the Western economy is mistaken under the tangible indications?.

Mr. Abu Ghazaleh highlighted the work of Japan as an example for a country which registers 500.000 patents per year and by doing this the country seeks to be a pioneer through registering and maintaining applicable ideas to be subsequently studied and developed in service of the community.
During the lecture, Mr. Bader Al-Asaker, secretary general of the Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Young Entrepreneurs Award, announced a new initiative for young entrepreneurs in the Kingdom by concluding an agreement with TAG-Org. Under the agreement, TAG-Org will register the trademarks for young entrepreneurs in the Kingdom without any charge and only government fees are applicable.
