AKMS Holds A Qualifying Course on 'Professional Quality Manager'
PQM program aims at providing the participants with the necessary knowledge to implement effective quality practices in quality and strategies implementation frameworks
AMMAN-----April 27, 2014------The Arab Knowledge and Management Society (AKMS) held a qualifying course on "Professional Quality Manager (PQM)" for a group of participants from different sectors in Jordan.
PQM program aims at providing the participants with the necessary knowledge to implement effective quality practices in quality and strategies implementation frameworks, and at developing and promoting researches and applications in the field of quality principals and practices.
The program addresses a number of important knowledge frameworks such as Quality Management Principals, Total Quality Management Tools, Key Concepts in Leadership and People Management, Strategic Planning and Quality Management, Customer Focus and Business Excellence, and Supply Chain Management.
The program is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management, ILM - UK. It targets companies managers, heads of units and departments, quality control officers, and professionals seeking to improve their effectiveness and productivities.
At the end of the course, the head of the Arab Knowledge and Management Society, Mr. Salem Al Ouri handed over certificates to graduate participants and pointed out the importance of such professional qualifications in order to improve the effectiveness of employees in the fields of quality and quality management.
