AKMS Holds ?Job Analysis and Evaluation? Training Course

AMMAN --- March 23, 2009 --- The Arab Knowledge and Management Society (AKMS) organized a professional training course entitled ?Job Analysis and Evaluation? at the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business / German ? Jordanian University, March 15-17, 2009.

The course focused on the following topics; human resources (HR) strategic overview, building a base pay structure, job analysis, job documentation, and the market-based job evaluation.

This course is part of a series of tools presented by AKMS within its training programs for 2009 which include various courses in administrative subjects specifically in the field of quality management, project management, human resources administration, communication and administrative skills for new managers and other significant administrative courses.

Managers and employees of HR departments from different companies participated in the course.
