AKMS Organizes Several Training Programs for Saudi TVTC




The Arab Knowledge and Management Society (AKMS) held several specialized training courses for the "Arab Certified Quality Manager" program tailored for the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) employees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

AMMAN----August 10, 2010----The Arab Knowledge and Management Society (AKMS) held several specialized training courses for the "Arab Certified Quality Manager" program tailored for the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) employees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.AKMS Organizes Several Training Programs for Saudi TVTC

The training sessions were attended by 25 participants, representing heads and supervisors of private training units all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Arab Certified Quality Manager program, which was launched by the AKMS three years ago, aims to provide participants with the necessary knowledge to carry out effective practices for quality and the implementation of strategies to solve them, as well as develop and promote research and applications of the principles and practices of quality. The program addresses a number of important cognitive frameworks such as the principles of quality management, total quality management tools, the basic concepts of leadership and personnel management, strategic planning, quality management, capacity building and training, customer focus, excellence in business and supply chain management.

Meanwhile, AKMS held another training course entitled "Training Planning and Development Skills" for a number of candidates from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in the KSA. AKMS Organizes Several Training Programs for Saudi TVTC

The course covered a number of important subjects, such as the concept of training planning, the requirements for substantive preparation of the plan, the nature and concept of training needs, their role and the responsibility of identifying them, the dimensions of the role of both the training committee and the training management in the preparation of the plan and training balance, the skills for the preparation of the training plan and addressing emergency situations and obstacles that obstruct their implementation, the concept of training balance and methods and principles of balance preparations, problems facing the implementation of the budget and the needed skills to encounter them, techniques and skills in studying and analyzing the training balances.

All courses included field trips to training and development centers and establishments in a number of cities in Jordan.


At the end of the sessions, Ms. Hams Mdanat, AKMS executive director, presented the Society?s shield to the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), represented by Mr. Abdullah Al Harbi, director of Training in Makkah Region.
