Amman secondary schools organize school trips for their students to the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society

Amman, Jordan - 4 November 2009 - The secondary schools in the capital region of Amman started organizing school trips for their students to the center of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-Knowledge) due to the good reputation TAG-Knowledge has gained in such a short period since its inauguration in 2008 by virtue of its excellent service to the community in general and students in particular.

A group of students from Al-Moqabalain Girls Secondary School visited the TAG-Knowledge center to learn about its experience, which represents a model of the initiatives of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization in the performance of its corporate social responsibility. Mr. Tareq Hammad, TAG-Knowledge Executive Director provided a detailed explanation of the services offered by TAG-Knowledge for university students, particularly in the areas of education, information and knowledge. The students toured the facilities and expressed their satisfaction with the outstanding services provided by TAG-Knowledge and inquired about the possibility of expanding this model to include students in schools.

TAG-Knowledge will seek to take advantage of such visits to introduce, its activities to the Jordanian society and to expand the base of beneficiaries from its services to include school students at later stages after the success achieved at the level of university students.

TAG-Knowledge is the latest initiative by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) in the area of corporate social responsibility to initially serve the university student community with plans to expand its services to the Arab society as a whole.
