NICOSIA --- June 18, 2007--- In a new development to the Cyprus court ruling against SABA in favor of Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP), the Supreme Court of Cyprus has now issued an injunction to prevent SABA from repeating the defamation actions against AGIP.
According to a press release by AGIP, the Court ordered SABA and/or any of its representatives to cease publishing or sending similar letters and/or statements and otherwise defaming AGIP as it was found that they had done in the past.
The Court?s order was duly served via an authorized judicial process server at the registered offices of SABA in Cyprus.
