Dubai University College and Talal abu Ghazaleh Organization Signed a MOU

DUBAI --- June 20, 2007--- Dubai University College (DUC) and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAGorg) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish the Center for Management & Professional Development (CMPD) on June 20, 2007.

This partnership comes as part of the Strategic Plan 2007-2015 envisioned by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, that relies heavily on manpower development and education. The onus lies on the academia and the industry, both government and private, to forge together and work in making this happen.

According to the MoU, the two parties will be collaborating in the following areas:
1) Education (Academic & Professional Development Programs)
2) Student and faculty exchange
3) Joint seminars and conferences
4) Internship and placement opportunities
5) Consultancy
6) Research
