Jubilee Schools 12th Technology Exhibition Opens Its Doors
AMMAN------ June 28, 2015 --------- The 12th Technology Exhibition of the Jubilee School, a major undertaking of King Hussein Foundation, opened its doors under the patronage of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org). .
Works covering a variety of cultural, scientific, and entertainment topics in both Arabic and English languages were put on display in addition to the works of leading IT companies.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh said that the exhibition is organized annually to promote the creativity trend and establish a clear vision on its future, since future is achieved through knowledge, and there will not be any rich future except through cognitive innovations, and Jubilee School focuses on such innovations.
Speaking to Petra News Agency, Abu-Ghazaleh added, "Cognitive innovation is a motivating slogan for Jubilee students, and this schools focus on the promotion of creativity is a role model in Jordan."Jubilee School is fully qualified and equipped for digital and cognitive innovation so TAG-Org continuously cooperates with them, and we shall grant them all what they deserve."
Maisaa Abu-Diyeh, the exhibition coordinator, said that the exhibition is in line with Jubilee School philosophy of investing in the minds of the youth in order to deal with the requirements of information and communication technology era, and the eLearning initiatives.
The outstanding works of students were presented at the exhibition; works in the fields of web design, graphic design and film production, electronics, robot programming, databases, and composition of purposeful programs and applications using various programming languages. In addition, the exhibition presented the works of students participating at international and local competitions in the field of computer and technology.
