Mr. Sami Abdul-Wahab obtains a Masters Degree in Auditing from the University of Damascus

Damascus, Syria - 26 October 2009 - Mr. Sami Hussein Abdel-Wahab, Auditor in Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co International - Damascus office obtained a Masters Degree with honors in Auditing.

Mr. Sami Abdul-Wahab had discussed a thesis on Auditing entitled ?Efficient use of analytical revision procedures in the audit of pharmaceutical industry companies) at the Faculty of Economics, University of Damascus. The discussion was before a committee composed of a number of university professors and attended by a crowd of professionals, academics and interested parties. At the end of the discussion, the Committee decided to grant Mr. Sami The Masters Degree with honors in both theory and practice.

It was indicated that the distinguished attainment of Mr. Sami was due to the experience he gained by thanks during his employment with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization. In the meantime, the importance of the scientific references of the Arab Society of Certified Public Accountants was highlighted. These references were by the scholar and are often used as references by Master or PhD scholars at the University of Damascus.
