GENEVA -August 11, 2008 Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business/German Jordanian University (TAG-College) Advisory Board Chairman Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh and the United States Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Provost Prof. Leonard Ferrari have signed recently in Geneva a Letter of Accord in the presence of United States Ambassador to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva H.E. Warren W. Tichenor.
The Accord aims at encouraging academic exchange between students, researchers, professors and other teachings staffs in the fields they represent with the objective of capacity building for educational excellence in both a regional and global context.
The development of proposed programs of exchange and/or other collaborative options, such as quality assurance and accreditation of educational programs, to be discussed and approved in due time, will be carried out consistent with the laws and regulations of each participating organization, subject to the availability of funds.
TAG-College and NPS have begun to explore areas of common interest, mutual competences, and academic options in the areas of globalization, public policy, business management and information technology.
