AMMAN --- February 18, 2009 --- The Higher Advisory Board of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business/German ? Jordanian University (TAG-College/ GJU) held its meeting to discuss various topics of interest for the 2010 agenda.

During the meeting, Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, the Advisory Board chairman, revealed the College?s special European accreditation of the Federation International for Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA), Germany.

In addition, the Board members were briefed on the new projects adopted by TAG-College that aim at facilitating the work of students such as the E-Registration which is a comprehensive information system that will allow students to apply and register online and will be completed in summer 2010.

According to Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh "this is the first step to become an E-college."

The meeting also tackled the cooperation agreement with the Naval Postgraduate School, and the graduation ceremony?s arrangements of the second MBA class of TAG-College which will be held on June 24, 2010 at the Royal Cultural Center in addition to others.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Byungki Kim, professor of politics and international relations at Korea University who visited the College and hoped to develop a strong relation between TAG-College and Korea University.

Board Members were also briefed on the programs of the TAG Language Academy which are accredited by the British Council, TAG-College monthly bulletin, the case method of instruction and the establishment of an alumni club.

The next meeting of the Board will be held on June 23, 2010.
