TAGI Signs Cooperation Agreement with Karinca YMM

The Turkish company seeks to utilize TAGIs worldwide network of offices and its membership in the Forum of Firms ((FOF) of the International Federation of Accountants in New York - Abu-Alhumos

ISTANBUL, TURKEY --- October 11, 2009 --- The Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International (TAGI) has recently signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with Karinca YMM Company, one of the most prestigious Turkish accounting and auditing firms at the Intercontinental Hotel - Istanbul.

The agreement grants the Turkish company the right to use TAGI trademark in marketing and performing auditing, consulting and taxation assignments in Turkey, Europe and Central Asia.

Mr. Ahmad Abu-Alhumos, TAGI executive director, and Mr. Mustafa Koc, the managing partner of Karinca YMM signed the cooperation agreement.

Meanwhile, Mr. Koc expressed his pleasure to sign the agreement with an Arab international leading company in the field of accounting, auditing and Intellectual Property protection.
