For their support to ‘Eye on the Future Initiative’ Minister of Youth Honors Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation and ‘TAG-Academy’
AMMAN – In collaboration with the Ministry of Youth, the Jordan Voluntary Institution ‘Bader & Sahem’ (the Arabic for: (take the initiative and make a contribution), has organized an honorary ceremony for a host of executing partners and supporters of the “Eye on the Future” initiative; from public and private universities, colleges and academies.
During the ceremony, held under the patronage of HE Dr. Fares Al Braizat, Minister of Youth, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Academy (TAG-Academy) and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) were honored in recognition of their efforts in contributing to the initiative’s success.
On behalf of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG-Academy and TAGUCI Development Manager, Ms. Randa Khoury, received an honorary shield.
Meanwhile, Minister Braizat praised the efforts of all the stakeholders in launching the initiative which granted high school students a great opportunity to be informed of the academic disciplines and the needs of the labor market, affirming the necessity to bridge the gap between educational outputs and labor market needs, by directing the youth towards available training opportunities, vocational and technical education in addition to entrepreneurship in business and innovation.
It is worth mentioning that Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) is a University College specialized in applied business and information technology. It focuses on providing the appropriate environment for youth to be leaders in their fields of expertise, and empowering graduates to innovate and create knowledge and transform it into marketable products.
