Abu-Ghazaleh Receives Mexican Ambassador, to Introduce TAGTech’s High-tech Laptops and Tablets in Latin America
AMMAN - HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), received in his office HE Mr. Roberto Rodriguez-Hernandez, the Mexican Ambassador to Jordan and Mr. Abel Abarca Ayala – Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Mexico in Amman.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh highlighted the strong business and friendly relationships with Mexico as well as his appreciation for the Mexican people and the country’s leadership. He further affirmed that TAG.Global is the sole Jordanian company which invested in Mexico, with almost 239 clients and more than $4 million of business investement.
Moreover, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh briefed the Ambassador on the latest TAG-Global breakthrough represented by the launch of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Technologies (TAGTech) which designs, produces and manufactures high-quality tablets and laptops at competitive and affordable prices.
“Through this new initiative, TAG.Global is making a new shift by expanding from offering professional and educational services to the production of high-tech devices and digital tools with the ability to manufacture and provide institutions and individuals with customized digital devices,” Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh said.
For his part, the Ambassador expressed his admiration and full support by sending recommendations to the government of Mexico about these products in addition to assisting in finding interested distributers to sell TAGTech products in Mexico.
Additionally, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh revealed that smartphones will be TAGTech’s new line of production to enter the market as the most sophisticated devices with the best prices.
Accordingly, the two parties discussed the idea of establishing a manufacturing facility in Mexico which will be TAG.Global’s hub in providing tech-products to Latin America.
They also tackled issues related to teaching Arabic language in Mexico which was a core of interest for Mr. Rodriguez-Hernandez
Since there are many Mexicans who will be interested to learn Arabic, it was suggested to develop a mobile application which can teach Arabic for Latin Americans; in other words, a multi-lingual mobile application.
In the Intellectual Property field, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh clarified that Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) is the largest Intellectual Property firm in the world, noting that AGIP is the sole company that is labelled as an IP-Tech company not just an IP law firm.
“We save our clients their precious time, money and efforts in protecting their IP portfolios properly and in a timely manner,” Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh added.
In the field of education, the Ambassador expressed readiness to make a twining between programs offered by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) with programs offered in Mexico. He said this step can be supported by the Mexican government.
