Prime Minister of Jordan Awards Honorary Shield to ‘Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum’ Executive Director
AMMAN – His Excellency Dr. Omar Razzaz, Prime Minister of Jordan, awarded Mr. Fadi Daoud, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum (TAG-KF) Executive Director, the ‘Pride of Homeland’ honorary shield during the annual ceremony of the National Forum for Awareness and Development and the National Youth Congress.
Minister of Youth Dr. Fares Braizat patronized the ceremony on behalf of the Prime Minister at the Royal Cultural Center.
TAG-KF was honored in recognition of its efforts in serving local community and youth in addition to its support to the National Forum for Awareness and Development and the National Youth Congress during the past years as part of the strategic partnership and national goals TAG-KF seeks to achieve.
Mr. Daoud was honored along with a host of ministers, high-ranking personalities and national leaders from the public and the private sectors.
Daoud, who is also an Education and Youth Advisor at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), affirmed that this honor inspires and motivates the Forum to stay committed to the mission TAG-KF was established for; to provide a safe platform for the youth to meet and discuss all-important issues that serve and develop Jordan. He also pointed out the importance of supporting youth efforts and developing their knowledge and skills to become more effective in building a better future.
It is noteworthy that Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum (TAG-KF) was established in accordance with the initiative of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG.Global Chairman, to provide a platform for dialogue and exchange of ideas and expertise between decision makers and leaders toward achieving cultural, educational and economic growth in Jordan. TAG-KF also cooperates with Arab and global organizations, non-government institutions, research centers and companies to hold specialized workshops, seminars and lectures on different issues.
The National Forum for Awareness and Development is an independent entity that launches initiatives on national level in accordance with the priorities and needs of the society and it embodies His Majesty King Abdullah II’s vision and thoughts. It includes a wide spectrum of thinkers and entrepreneurs from the private and the public sectors as well as representatives from government institutions and security departments. The Forum was established with the aim of involving youth with political, social and development processes by empowering them and enhancing their capacities.
