‘Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation’ Launches the Professional Diploma in Electronic Games Design and Programming
AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) will be launching a Professional Diploma in Computer (Electronic) Games’ Design and Programming for all ages, sectors and specialties, starting March 1, 2020.
The nine-month long, 300-hour Diploma will provide participants with practical skills needed in the design and programming of electronic games.
Furthermore, TAGUCI announced that the Diploma will grant the participants the opportunity to enroll in the ‘Unity3d’ certification program free of charge to become a ‘Certified Unity Programmer’. In addition, their projects will be approved to join TAGUCI affiliated Innovation Incubator at its headquarters in Amman.
The Diploma aims at providing the participants with the opportunity to develop electronic games for laptops and smartphones; games using Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR) technology and creating 2D & 3D simple prototypes. In addition, the Diploma will pave their way and strengthen their chances in labor market to compete for Game Programmer, Game Designer, Mobile Game Developer and AR and VR Developer vacancies.
At the end of the Diploma, participants will be awarded a joint certificate by TAGUCI and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
