‘Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society and Steam Center Organize AI Workshop

AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-KS), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), in cooperation with Steam Center, organized a training workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI). 

The workshop was held in accordance with the previously signed agreement between the two parties aimimg at holding training courses in the fields of AI, Robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), Programming and Life Skills, at TAG-KS’ affiliated knowledge stations throughout the Kingdom.

The 5-hour workshop introduced the 18 participants to the concepts of IoT, AI, Arduino Software and how to download it, designing interactive electronic projects, robotics programming among other related subjects.  

The workshop was a great opportunity for the participants to know more about Artificial Intelligence and its principles and approaches in order to encourage qualified data specialists on creating AI strategies as well as establishing and developing AI projects.

At the end of the workshop, TAG-KS Executive Director, Mr. Zaid Al Majali, announced the launch of new training programs related to AI and programming including a specialized diploma in AI to be conducted at TAG-KS premises in Amman, next October.

It is worth mentioning that TAG-KS mission crystallizes the vision of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, on paying extra attention to creativity and innovation; a belief that led him to the establishment of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) with the aim of empowering graduates to innovate and create knowledge-based inventions and transform them into marketable products.
