‘Abu-Ghazaleh Global’ and Jordan’s Economic & Social Council Discuss Means of Cooperation

AMMAN – Jordan’s Economic and Social Council (ESC) and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) discussed means of cooperation and partnership in different fields, particularly in electronic link support, training and provision of services, that strive to upgrade the quality of work, studies and research.

During the meeting held at the headquarters of the Council, ESC President Dr. Mohammad Al Haliqa, , affirmed that the Council welcomes cooperation with private sector partners with the aim of supporting studies conducted by the Council in various areas.  

Al Haliqa also expressed the Council’s interest in the diversified fields of training TAG.Global offers, mainly in project management, cybersecurity and entrepreneurial projects.

For his part, TAG.Global Service and Product Development Manager, Dr. Raed Al-Hanandeh, stated that TAG.Global is looking forward to cooperating with the Council and supporting its efforts in different domains especially in electronic link, training, e-archiving and digital transformation.

Al-Hanandeh underlined TAG.Global’s pride in becoming one of the Council’s partners, referring to its endeavor to support the Council in its efforts to provide advanced services to local community.   

Meanwhile, Executive Director of TAG for Digital Transformation, Mr. Tareq Shahwan, highlighted TAG.Global’s keenness in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, specifically in the technical and logistical support, marketing and training areas. 

During the meeting, the two parties agreed to draft a memorandum of understanding that incorporates, in addition to all deliberated topics, other related fields of expertise including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Web Development, Consulting, Computer Skills and English Courses; as well as the products manufactured by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Technology “TAGTech”, mainly laptops, tablets and smartphones.

It is worth mentioning that the meeting entails the implementation of the Economic and Social Council’s vision in cooperating with all parties, think tanks and partners to achieve balanced and sustainable economic and social development, in addition to enhancing the concept of partnership and collaboration between the public and private sectors along with the civil society institutions.
