‘Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital Academy and ‘Bright Engineers’ Accredit Modern Systems Schools for Teaching Digital Innovation

AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital Academy (TAG-Academy.Global), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), and ‘Bright Engineers’, the Modern Systems Schools (MSS) have been approved to teach innovation programs within a strategic partnership agreement between them, that aims at investing in young people’s capacities at an early-age towards technological innovation.

Through this cooperation, a set of digital innovation programs will be implemented through the ‘Junior Digital Innovator’ training program; the first of its kind to be conducted in the region at both the basic and the advanced levels. The program is considered the first of its kind that targets school students aged between (11-16) years by providing them with the required technological and technical skills to produce innovative and entrepreneurial projects. 

The accreditation also aims to raise the students’ awareness and to sharpen their skills, as well as boosting their productive and innovative capacities through several training programs related to Intellectual Property (IP), Patents, Robotic Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Engineering Technology. At the end of the training, students will be awarded with an accredited (innovator) certificate, in addition, schools will be granted the accreditation for teaching Digital Innovation programs. 

Dr. Mustafa Al Affouri, MSS General Manager, commended the significant role played by TAG-Academy.Global and Bright Engineers in their pursuit of discovering and improving students’ digital capacities so that they can  achieve the desired goals in creating an Arab industry that contributes to the production of technological innovation. 

For his part, Dr. Majed Hamad, Bright Engineers General Manager, stressed the importance of granting such an accreditation as it corresponds to the insights of MSS towards motivating and promoting the concepts of technological innovation and creativity. Moreover, Hamad underlined the importance of accreditation to schools in their ongoing quest to raise awareness and empower students with the modern critical thinking skills, creativity, and problem solving in line with the school's vision of developing a generation of distinguished leaders in all fields.

TAG-Academy Executive Director, Mr. Yousef Al-Rawas, stated that the launch of this program aims at building capacities and preparing students for the challenges of digital world that is founded on utilizing AI standards and indicators, in addition to creating an attractive environment for innovation. He added that the innovation programs were developed and prepared in accordance with the highest quality standards by trained and qualified experts to enable learners to acquire technical and technological skills needed to deliver innovative projects. 

He further pointed out that the innovation programs indicate the keenness of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, in this age group for their effective role in making a better future.
