To provide digital transformation services in the Arab region ‘Abu-Ghazaleh Global’ and Falcons Soft Sign Cooperation Agreement

AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) signed a cooperation agreement with Falcons Soft Company to become its partner in the development and implementation of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems that contribute to the implementation of digital transformation in the Arab region: governments and institutions, by simplifying work processes as well as by developing novel, world class systems.  

The planned implementation will be conducted by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh E-Solutions (TAG E-Solutions); a member of TAG.Global firms, and the technical support team at Falcons Soft Company for the provision of digital transformation software solutions. 

During the signing ceremony, HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, expressed his pride in collaborating with a Jordanian software associate, handling successful digital transformation projects. “By carrying out digital transformation projects in our Arab region, TAG.Global would have achieved its strategy in working together with national and Arab companies to ensure quality implementation and significant success in the digital transformation field that constitutes a leading model.” He affirmed.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh also commended visionary Arab leaders who urge institutions and citizens to simplify various transactions in order to achieve quality and control over commercial transactions by automation.

For his part, Eng. Haytham Rawajbeh, CEO of Falcons Soft, said that the ICT sector in the Kingdom is an important sector that proved its crucial role during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in controlling and containing the disease outbreak, by sustaining work processes of various sectors and facilitating the provision of services to citizens, bearing in mind that the information technology companies are considered a cornerstone in national security.

He further praised cooperation with TAG.Global that serves the interest of national economy and promotes an attractive business environment in the Kingdom, pointing to the role the ICT sector plays in education, remote work and communication between all segments of society, as well as the delivery of goods, basic commodities and medicines through various e-platforms and related technologies.

Rawajbeh affirmed that the Jordanian companies operating in the ICT sector have achieved significant successes by attracting important foreign investments to the Kingdom and partnering with many global companies. Additionally, he referred to major companies opening regional offices in Jordan to benefit from the available expertise, especially the trained and qualified workforce.
