For the Roman Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem Schools’ Staff: ‘Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum’ Organizes Training Session on ‘Self-Leadership and Emotional Intelligence’

AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum (TAG-KF), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), has organized a training session entitled ‘Self-Awareness and Unleashing Potentials’ for a group of administrative and educational staff of the Roman Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem Schools in Jordan as part of the previously signed memorandum of cooperation between the two sides. 

TAG-KF Executive Director, Mr. Fadi Daoud, who presented the session, expressed his pride in hosting the Schools’ administrative and educational cadres from different governorates of the Kingdom. He pointed out that the training session aim was to develop the capabilities of teachers and to effectively utilize their skills and abilities.

Ms. Lynn Al-Madanat, director-general of the Patriarchate Schools, expressed her pride in such a partnership and her gratitude to TAG-KF for hosting the training session, affirming that the Schools endeavor to invest in the development of their cadres as part of the Schools’ training, development, and qualification plan.

The training session included a number of activities and practical exercises, introducing the trainees to methods that may help their self-awareness, by identifying their points of strength and areas of improvement. That is in addition to enhancing the trainees’ communication skills which they need during the development of their own energies, and promoting their self-confidence by focusing on all positive personal aspects to reach their goals and objectives. At the same time, the training sought to develop positive thinking in their abilities to overcome difficulties and challenges they may face. 

At the end of the session, Certificates of Participation were given to the attendees, who expressed their satisfaction and benefit from the concepts tackled in the session in developing their skills and abilities.
