Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh Presents Technological Devices to the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade

BEIRUT - HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), has offered various technological devices to the Intellectual Property Office at Lebanon’s Ministry of Economy and Trade as a gift to support the Ministry’s efforts in intellectual property (IP) protection field, especially in light of the difficult economic circumstances Lebanon is experiencing.

The technological devices included laptops, printers, scanners, and spare parts for the Ministry’s servers.

Commenting on this contribution, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh stated that such a donation is a national duty that he proudly performs toward his second country, Lebanon. He further noted that the corporate social responsibility toward the Lebanese institutions and society require that all institutions and individuals work together and combine efforts to ensure  work continuity at ministries and public facilities for the sake of  public interest. 

It is worth mentioning that the Caretaker of the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade, Mr. Amin Salam, and HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG.Global founder and chairman, have previously signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in IP fields, combating counterfeiting and cybersecurity, and supporting small, medium, and micro enterprises and businesses.
