Gazan Student, Ahmed Radwan: A Success Story through Abu-Ghazaleh’s One Million Refugees’ Scholarship Initiative
AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital University (TAG-GDU), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), has announced the graduation of Mr. Ahmad Radwan, the first student with a digital Master’s degree, provided through the (One Million Refugees Scholarship) initiative, offered by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG.Global founder and chairman.
On this occasion, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh said that this graduation is a message to the entire world that nothing will hinder the Palestinian people from achieving their hopes and aspirations.
During his meeting with Mr. Radwan, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh affirmed his deep commitment to supporting and empowering the Arab youth in general and the Palestinian people in particular, emphasizing the importance of providing them with the best educational opportunities.
Additionally, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh said that the TAG-GDU’s scholarships represent the multifaceted support provided by TAG.Global as part of its profound commitment to social responsibility towards the Arab youth in general and the Palestinians in particular.
For his part, Mr. Radwan, who resides in Gaza City, expressed his pride in the invaluable knowledge he received during his academic journey, pointing to the benefits he has gained form the digital study system, which positively helps Gaza students to overcome the challenges they currently face.
He also commended the Scholarship offered by Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, which allowed him to continue his higher studies, despite the challenging circumstances he encountered in Gaza.
Mr. Radwan, who holds a master's degree in Digital Business Management in Information Technology, stated that he plans to return to Gaza as soon as possible.
It should be noted that the One Million Refugee Scholarship initiative has previously been announced in a range of advanced educational disciplines, including, Business Management in Artificial Intelligence, Business Management in Information Technology, Business Management of Public Administration, Digital Marketing, Intellectual Property and Supply Chain Management. More than 380 Palestinian students registered to benefit from the fully-funded scholarships offered by Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh to enable Palestinians to obtain a Master's degree digitally.
It is worth mentioning that Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global University (TAGGU), established in 2012, offers an array of postgraduate distance-learning programs through the free Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), which enable thousands of Palestinian students to receive a master's degree in accordance with the standards of accreditation of digital master's degrees in the United States, approved by TAG-GU.
