‘Abu-Ghazaleh Global’ Participates in the 15th International Economic Forum on ‘Russia – Islamic World’

KAZAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) has participated in the 15th International Economic Forum under the title ‘Russia – Islamic World’, held in the Tatarstan capital of Kazan city in Russia, in the presence of top officials from Russia’s Tatarstan region as well as representatives from a number of Islamic countries, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and a group of high-ranking dignitaries worldwide.

Representing HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG.Global founder and chairman, Mr. Samer Jamhour, TAG.Global New Offices executive director, took part as a guest of honor at the Forum, giving a brief on the TAG.Global’s services in the field of intellectual property rights protection, consumer and local product protection, related laws, and commercial arbitration, pointing to its wide expansion around the world, especially in Islamic countries such as Malaysia, Pakistan, Turkey, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Moscow, in addition to the Arab countries.

Mr. Jamhour further drew attention to the importance of strengthening intellectual property rights, which effectively contribute to safeguarding cultural legal identity, heritage protection, and innovation as a creative and intellectual right.

This year, the Forum’s agenda focused on boosting and sharpening trade, economic, scientific, cultural, and technical ties between Russia and the OIC countries, as well as promoting the development of the Islamic financial system institutions in Russia. 

During the Forum, participants discussed a number of key topics including international cooperation, Islamic finance and investment, science and technology, human resources, tourism, and culture.
