Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh Sends Thank You Letters to Spain, Ireland, and Norway Ambassadors to Jordan
AMMAN - HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), has sent letters of thanks and appreciation to the accredited ambassadors of the three countries (Spain, Ireland, and Norway) that have recognized the Palestinian state.
In his letters, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh affirmed that the decision of those countries wisely acknowledges the legal right of the Palestinian people to freedom and independence, as well as their right to end the Zionist occupation and its atrocious practices that have been continuously committed for decades; a legal right that has been denied by the international community since 1948.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh further expressed his deep appreciation for the three nations' courageous decision, saying that it signifies an important progress and serves as a good example for other nations that have been reluctant in acknowledging this right without any justification, and contrary to all UN resolutions that upheld the right to freedom, independence, and safe living for all the peoples around the world. Additionally, he referred to the United Nations failure in addressing this issue, which has been on its agenda since its inception in the 1940s without exercising its powers and enforcing its decisions to do so.
Moreover, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh expressed hopes that similar to other members of the international organization around the world, the Palestinian people would be granted the right to establish an independent state on their national soil. He continued by affirming that this would contribute to ending the political and security chaos that has prevailed in our region since the Zionist project targeted the Palestinian homeland and the people of Palestine for their colonial occupation scheme a Century ago.
