Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Patronizes Graduation Ceremony of the 2nd Batch of the British Teaching Diploma
AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital University (TAGGDU), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), has celebrated the graduation of the second batch of the British Education Diploma, under the patronage of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG.Global founder and chairman.
The Diploma was held in cooperation between TAGGDU, Ishraq Consultation and Development – the exclusive agent for diploma programs in the Middle East and North Africa, Cardiff and Vale College, and Dragonfly Training Ltd, accredited by Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) and the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (OFQUAL).
The graduation ceremony included 20 teachers who successfully completed the year-long British Teaching Diploma program, comprising 12 meticulously designed courses. These courses comprehensively covered various aspects of the educational process, equipping teachers with essential skills, knowledge, and strategies necessary to enhance their classroom performance in accordance with the international best practices. During the Diploma, each participant sat for assessments following every course, enabling them to advance to the next level and ultimately earn the British Teaching Diploma.
During the ceremony, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh emphasized the importance of continuous professional development for human resources in educational institutions, in accordance with global advancements, especially in the field of digital transformation.
He further reiterated TAG.Global’s commitment to empowering young professionals, highlighting the need to translate the content of the diploma into Arabic to ensure broader participation from the youth throughout the Arab region.
For her part, Eng. Muna Hasweh, CEO of Ishraq, had expressed her pride in graduating a new batch of teachers who successfully completed the British Teaching Diploma, pointing to the diploma’s accreditation by TAGGDU and the unwavering support it receives from Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh.
Eng. Hasweh elaborated on the program’s development and its accreditations across the MENA region.
Meanwhile, Mr. Mamoun Abu Al-Sebaa', Diploma Supervisor at TAG.Global, expressed his pride in graduating a new Diploma batch, recognizing TAG.Global’s role in supporting programs that aim at improving educational outcomes in Jordan.
During the ceremony, a number of the graduates shared their experiences, highlighting the benefits they received after obtaining the Diploma, especially how it significantly improved their teaching skills and positively affected their students’ performance in international programs. They also praised the program’s high quality, its local and international accreditations, and its valuable contributions to their professional and personal performance.
At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh presented certificates to the graduates and honorary shields to the participating schools and educationalists in recognition of their contributions to advancing education and enhancing the teaching and learning processes in the Kingdom.
It is worth mentioning that the British Teaching Diploma courses closely align with those of the Master’s in Education program in the UK. Each course provides practical strategies that teachers can directly apply in the classroom, in addition to offering a wide range of educational and knowledge-based resources that support the participants’ learning process.
