Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh Receives Secretary General of the Arab Thought Forum

AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), has received in his office HE Dr. Sadiq Al-Faqih, secretary-general of the Arab Thought Forum (ATF) to discuss strengthening of cooperation and areas of mutual interests.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Faqih reviewed the ATF's journey since its establishment, highlighting the challenges faced in its early stages including funding difficulties, efforts to strengthen its regional presence, and the expansion of its membership base.

He shared the Arab Thought Forum’s strategic plan for 2025, which aims to activate income-generating conferences and forums to support the Forum and its members. He confirmed that this plan would effectively strengthen the Arab intellectual presence regionally and internationally.

Dr. Al-Faqih praised Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s pivotal role in supporting the Forum, highlighting his contributions by providing strategic insights and actively making its various programs a success. He expressed deep gratitude to Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh's invaluable support, noting that this assistance has a tangible impact on overcoming numerous obstacles and developing the Forum into a leading platform for Arab intellectuals.

For his part, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh gave an overview on the upcoming ‘TAGEPEDIA Knowledge’ project, which is set to be launched shortly. He emphasized the project’s significance in promoting digital education and achieving sustainable development goals, reaffirming his ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that contribute to the advancement of the Arab nation across various sectors.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties expressed their eagerness for further collaboration to achieve shared goals that serve the public interest and enhance the global standing of  Arab intellectual advancement.
